Testimonials
This is the joy I get from producing these DVD's. I get e-mails all the time and they really
make my day. Below are just a few and a couple of them just made me laugh. I have a
few
hundred testimonial e-mails but I couldn't show them all. I would like to thank those
that
have taken the time to send me these e-mails.
Dear Mr.
Rivera (& Mom),
I just viewed
your "Traditional & Cuchifrito" DVD's and I have to commend
and thank you.
Your video
was so beautiful -- the fact that it was in a home setting (and with
Mom) -- made me feel like you brought me right into your kitchen. The
love that you have for PR cooking was very evident, and awe-inspiring.
It makes me wonder why this hasn't been done before!
Thank you
for spreading the joy of PR cooking.

Hola Feddie!
Soy de Comerio pero vivo en Minnesota. Mi esposa Y yo
disfrutamos de tus DVD "Puerto Rican Cuchifritos" y "Puerto Rican
Traditional Cooking".
entretenida.
Sinceramente, Herminio y Judy Diaz

I have just ordered this dvd after seeing the Cuchifrito dvd. I expect big things as I was wowed over by Freddie in the first dvd. He gave an honest look at puerto rican style cooking, breaking the meal into simple parts anyone could learn. All of the meals listed on the traditional dvd are the favorites i grew up on, especially pernil, pastelles, and arroz con dulce, but was not smart enough to write down and learn. Its not too late for me now that Freddie puts it down in an easy to follow video format. It has brought joy to me to know that many of these great recipes are not lost to me after all. I recomend this dvd as a gift to any aspiring cook in your family.
Sincerely,
Armando Madera Jr.

it, its easy to look at any recipe but to see it done step by step makes
my life soooo much easier, my husband and I were born and raised in NY,
my husband is a true Nuyorican from the Bronx and I can make his favorites
without his family telling me what to do hahaha!! Its great I hope you
